This page explains how to ask GreenRiver to delete the personal data we hold about you, whether you reached us through our website, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.

Data covered, when held by us

  • Your name, e-mail address and phone number.
  • Messages exchanged with our WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram business accounts.
  • Form submissions and notes about your request.
  • Your Facebook app-scoped user ID, if you signed in with Facebook.

What happens next

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days. Our target is to complete eligible deletion within 15 calendar days of receipt, subject to proportionate identity verification and applicable legal deadlines. We explain any exception, required retention or pending action. Invoices, evidence of rights and minimal opt-out records may need to be retained with restricted use. Backups follow their replacement cycle. If a B2B client controls your data, we promptly forward or direct your request to that controller and assist as required by law; we do not promise unilateral deletion from its CRM. We can delete only data under our control, not copies independently held by Meta, recipients or other providers.

How to ask

  1. 01 By e-mail Write to welcome@greenriver-etl.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the e-mail or phone number you used with us so we can find your records.
  2. 02 On WhatsApp Reply “DELETE MY DATA” in your conversation with our business account.
  3. 03 Through Facebook If GreenRiver appears under Facebook Settings → Apps and websites, remove it and select the deletion request option if available. A confirmation code is issued when our callback receives a valid request. Removing an app alone may not delete previously received data. If no code is provided, email us.
