1. Technical consulting, not regulated advice
GreenRiver provides technology consulting and systems integration. Documentation, configurations and communications do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, investment, immigration, employment or regulated financial advice. Obtain qualified professional advice for decisions requiring it.
2. Third-party platforms
Integrations depend on external platforms, APIs, vendor policies and account availability. We do not control vendor outages, rate limits, pricing or feature changes. These dependencies do not remove our duties to perform the agreed configuration and exercise reasonable professional care.
3. Shared security responsibilities
The client manages its subscriptions, permissions, lawful data use and backup routines unless specific tasks are assigned to GreenRiver in writing. GreenRiver is responsible for the access and engineering controls within its agreed scope and its own legal obligations. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
4. Operational and commercial outcomes
Automation aims to reduce manual work and improve data consistency. Results depend on data quality, adoption, market conditions and third-party availability. We do not promise specific revenue, conversion rates, complete elimination of errors or uninterrupted operations. Express project commitments and mandatory rights remain applicable.
5. AI and human review
AI and language models can produce inaccurate, biased or unexpected outputs. Appropriate human review and validation are required before critical business, financial or customer-facing use. The project agreement allocates implementation and review responsibilities; GreenRiver remains responsible for agreed safeguards. Confidential or personal data must not be submitted to AI providers without appropriate authorization and safeguards.
6. Relationship to other documents
